Every love story begins with a brave yes. Once you reach out, we’ll set up a time to talk and truly connect. I want to hear about your relationship, your values, and your vision for the day. We’ll explore whether we’re the right fit, and if it feels aligned, I’ll send over a custom proposal to make it official. From there, your legacy begins to take shape.

05. Legacy Delivered
I know you’ll be dying to see your photos, so a sneak peek will land in your inbox just days after. Full gallery will be delivered in 6–8 weeks. But this isn’t where our story ends. Whether we’re designing your heirloom album, selecting prints for your home, or simply catching up over coffee down the road, this connection continues. (And yes, I’ll absolutely remember your anniversary.)
03. Consultation
A few weeks before your day, we’ll revisit your timeline and talk through every part of your day. This isn’t about a checklist; it’s about creating space for you to feel calm, grounded, and fully present when the day arrives.
02. Preparing the Ground
In the months leading up to your wedding, we’ll stay connected. You’ll receive a welcome guide, a tailored questionnaire, and a chance to schedule your engagement session - a meaningful prelude to the vows you’ll about to make. This won't just be a photo session. It’s a quiet pause to honor where you are now, before stepping into forever.
04. The Wedding Day

Secure your special day with a 50% non-refundable retainer fee and signed service agreement, with the remainder due 30 days before the wedding date. Payments can be made towards the balance at any time.
How do we book you?
For engagement sessions, 2-3 weeks. For weddings, 8-10 weeks . Along with sneak peeks during the first week! I will deliver your professionally edited images in an online gallery where you will have access to download in high-resolution. The gallery will also have a print store, where you can order various sizes.
When and how will I receive my photos?
On your wedding day, I’ll gently guide you into timeless, elegant poses, while also staying present for the genuine, joyful, and authentic moments in between. Because your gallery should reflect not just how it looked, but how it felt.
Do you give posing directions?
Absolutely! We do edit our images, but never to the point where you look overly retouched or unnatural. Our focus is on preserving your unique essence and staying true to the genuine, emotive style we’re known for, even if that means embracing a few perfectly imperfect details. Light skin smoothing and blemish removal are included, and we’re always happy to accommodate any specific editing requests you may have.
Do you retouch your images?
This varies based on the scope of the wedding, such as the number of hours booked. Number of images can range from 500-900 photos.
How many images will I receive?
All wedding collections include one lead photographer (that’s me!), with the option to add a second photographer for an additional fee. While one photographer is often sufficient, having a second can enhance your coverage—allowing us to capture multiple angles, genuine reactions, and fleeting moments happening simultaneously. It’s a beautiful way to ensure nothing is missed, especially during big moments like the ceremony or first look. An assistant may also be included if needed to support the flow of the day.
How many people on your team will be attending my wedding?
To give your day the care and creativity it deserves, we recommend booking 8–12 months in advance. My calendar fills quickly, and reserving your date early ensures we can fully dedicate ourselves to capturing your love story with intention, artistry, and a personalized touch that reflects your unique connection.
How soon should we book you?
You’ll receive full personal usage rights to your images—meaning you can print, share, and enjoy them as you wish for personal use. The copyright remains with the photographer, allowing me to showcase select images in my portfolio or promotional materials. That said, your privacy is always a priority, and we’ll never share anything sensitive without your permission.
